1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SmartSheets ("the Service"), operated by buy-it-fastest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Description of Service
SmartSheets provides online tools for South African businesses, including but not limited to payslip generation, invoice creation, expense tracking, payroll management, and financial reporting. The Service is provided on both free and paid subscription tiers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
4. Payment and Billing
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of buy-it-fastest and are protected by South African and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems, or to interfere with other users' use of the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, SmartSheets and buy-it-fastest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
